[Obito is gone, the network knows this, and somehow the fool boy managed to leave letters of goodbye, as if he had advanced warning. It would be wise to see if all of his pokemon were assigned by him, or if they were randomized the way most seem to be...but he doesn't feel motivated to ask that.

Should you feel compelled to dump your excess creatures off on me before you leave in the future, sending me spoiled brats is only a further insult. Pokemon who refuse to listen will be ignored, not well taken care of.

If you wish to leave something of worth, instead remain where you are. A human who can be trained is more useful than a pokemon who can't.

[The boost he'd felt after returning his chakra for that short time was mostly destroyed by the ensuing disappearance of Sasuke. While he had no love for the sour boy, he was not without sympathy for Tenten's suffering. Both the one she struggled through now and the one that the Tenten he had known before, on the battlefield must now face. It was...a sobering reminder.

Thus, while he'd initially been somewhat more animated and enthusiastic after the strange event passed, he'd returned to something similar to his usual attitude, with a colder, harsher edge buried not far underneath.

He'd missed the tournament that he'd signed up for due to unforeseen circumstances, so he didn't have a chance to see the strengths of the people here himself...but other shinobi also signed up for it and lost. Therefore there must be at least some worthy challengers out there.] If you challenge me...try to be worth my time.

[So guess who looks--yeah, it's the person who always looks displeased. Neji. Back again on the 'gear network. He's been a little busy with pokemon and things, so he hasn't actually...bothered...to make many comments this month.

Today, however, his final pokemon evolved. And it, like some of the others now, is apparently a telepath.

It's as if someone out there thinks that traveling with Obito is some sort of challenge to the heavens that he can handle any annoyance it can come up with. He's not pleased with this concept.]

...Without chakra I presume there is some way to keep them from chattering away all day once they've figured out how? [Other than putting them in the pokeball. Even if that worked with telepathy he refused. See how well the pokeballs worked them in that...whatever it was? He'd nearly lost pokemon to some dark creature because they were trapped inside those.]

Perhaps a psychic gag that can be found at a rare pokemart would do...?

[The music playing is one he's gotten a bit sick of, considering the other recent cities he's been to with the exact same track...but on the bright side, with such extended time listening to it, it's easier to simply tune it out.

Route, today you get an up-angle view of a shirtless Neji silently going through Gentle Fist forms. Although...to those not well versed in the Route's very own group of ninja, it will probably just look suspiciously like Baguazhang. Still, he's rather focused at this, and as such doesn't notice whoever is holding the camera for a little bit.

In a pause, while facing the pokegear...he frowns and settles back to a normal stance.]

Meditite... [He signed and gave a disapproving frown, before gesturing for the camera--rather, far more likely for Meditite--to approach.] You must stop filming me

[There's a less than cheerful 'Dite...' as the 'Gear changes hands from the pokemon to Neji, and he sighs, before switching the feed off.

Should he say he's 'training'...this is far more likely to be what he means than pokebattling.]
[OOC: That dude totally has a robe on but Neji is just too hardcore for robes you see...]

[The feed opens not to pale eyes and Neji's customary frown, but Meditite. Apparently she's dug out his pokedex out of boredom while on the train to Kanto--as the angle of her grip should make it obvious.

She says a few rambling things looking at the camera, expression intent and tone off--almost as if she's copying Neji's usual tone--before Neji's actual voice comes from off camera.]

Come here with that. [While the words are short and to the point, there's a certain gentleness to the tone which may not have been heard by the network at large yet, and the Meditite immediately wanders over to hand it to him.

For those who neither recognize his voice nor his pokemon, some may at least recognize the pale lavender eyes that frown at the screen once he has it. Upon realizing it's on, he sighs.]

[Hello again, Johto. The unpleasant frowning man with the pale eyes has returned, though this time looking rather worse for wear. Those familiar with the starting BGMS should recognize the music of Cherrygrove. If, indeed, the music translates through the display. Neji wouldn't know, as his past five days have been spent on the road.

The route that usually takes only three days at a walking speed took him five. Furthermore, he's rather beaten and weary looking. That one would be on account of his taking it upon himself to fight most of the battles himself. Instead of his meditite. It's very possible said meditite only gained one level the entire week of battles.

Neither of those particularly concern him, however. He's actually turned on the device to inquire toward healing facilities for humans rather than pokemon (the pokemon of the duo can be seen to be quite healthy, although mildly concerned for those capable of reading the pokemon's expression).

This request, however, is sidetracked when he recognizes the song has changed. After five days of the same one, he'd gotten rather good at ignoring it--even used to it--this one, however...is more annoying.

He scowls and glances up into the sky--as if searching for the source of the music.]

Oh must it have gotten worse?
