[He recognized the sensation of his returned chakra this time when he woke. The dream, or whatever it had been, prepared him both for the return of his chakra and for the reawakened Byakugan. A glance at the Pokegear told him, whatever it was, it wasn't an isolated incident. While that gave no answers for why, he wasn't willing to allow the opportunity for scouting to pass him by.
While chakra also meant the ability to travel routes easily and dispatch of pokemon he encountered efficiently, the primary priority he had at the moment was scouting. He might find clues or even answers to where they were and both how and why.
...And perhaps he also simply wanted to use it.
Eventually, though, he did stop at one of the higher branches, opening the pokegear. After all, other Konoha nin might be able to investigate in ways the Byakugan alone might not...or far more likely, they would know where he should look to be most effective for however long this would last.]
I assume that this return of chakra won't last. As such, I would prefer to use it efficiently. To do that, I require someone with superior experience living here.
